The concept is a new and innovative way of completely rethinking the traditional talent development. 3 nations, Denmark, Poland and Sweden has joined forces and together throughout the season they cooperate their activities, to reach even higher quality of training for the sailors, better education for the coaches and more value for the money spent.

The corporation is build around 3 training camps divided with one in every country, and a sailing series consisting of 3 open regattas with one final ranking after each of the events.

The sailors attending the training events will be limited and need to be selected from their national authorities. The races associated with every training is open and also available to all interested sailors who is not enrolled in the concept, no matter of nation or ranking. Feel free to join in.
